Use of the GINETEX care symbols

Anyone selling textile goods to end customers within the EU must label them properly! There is no compulsory care labelling in Germany, but GINETEX membership is still a mandatory requirement to use care symbols.

The DTB has been a member of GINETEX GERMANY since 2020.

For our DTB members, GINETEX membership is included in the annual fee. This includes the use of the general care symbols plus the Clevercare symbol for sustainable washing and sustainable action.
