Our DTB sourcing trip will take place in autumn 2022. The motto is:

Vietnam: Get to know the best HAKA businesses in five days

12.09. – 16.09.2022

In September, DTB members and all interested parties will travel together with Günter Veit | Managing Director VEIT GmbH to the five best HAKA businesses from Hanoi to HoChiMinh City and Saigon.

Vietnam has become an extremely attractive production location since the duty-free agreement with the EU came into force in 2020. Some very well-equipped Vietnamese HAKA factories already manufacture for world-renowned brands: the CM price for a jacket starts at 6 USD and for suit trousers at 2.20 USD. FOB purchasing is also possible.

Several of the establishments on the itinerary have capacity available or are currently expanding their capacity. A local manufacturer of high-quality woollen fabrics can also be visited.

Günter Veit is Managing Director of VEIT GmbH. The company, based in Landsberg, is a specialist in the clothing industry and a manufacturer of machines for professional textile care.

Günter Veit has been to Vietnam over 100 times since 1994 – VEIT GmbH has had its own offices there ever since. He invites a group of representatives of the best-known German HAKA brands to travel to Vietnam and visit the five best businesses from the north (Hanoi) to the centre and south (HoChiMinh City/Saigon) in five days.
