Compliance with the LkSG

Start of a new webinar series in cooperation with the hessnatur Foundation. Currently, 8 training courses plus consultation hours on current topics in the field of sustainability are planned.

We clarify what requirements the law places on companies and their supply chain.

The LkSG has been in force since 2023 for German companies with more than 3,000 employees. Next year, the law will also apply to smaller companies with more than 1,000 employees. However, many SMEs are also affected through business relationships within supply chains. During the training, the speakers will provide answers to questions such as: What are the content requirements anchored in the law? What does a company have to achieve? And how are the requirements controlled by the state?

In the webinar, the experts from the hessnatur Foundation will address the following key topics:
