Requirements for documentation and reporting obligations under the Supply Chain Sourcing Obligations Act (LkSG)

The LkSG sets requirements for both internal continuous documentation and external communication through a comprehensive annual and publicly accessible report outlining the company’s individual due diligence activities. The training provides participants with the necessary knowledge on documentation and reporting requirements, as well as the role of the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA) in order to achieve legal compliance.
