Responsible supply chain management: legally compliant prevention and remediation measures

Companies must identify potential risks at an early stage and take appropriate preventive measures to avoid human rights and environmental violations in the supply chain, in line with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). Should violations nevertheless occur, remedial action must be taken immediately to minimise negative impacts, compensate, and prevent further future violations. The training explains the legal requirements as well as exemplary possible prevention and remedial measures and illustrates them with practical examples.
