Policy Statement and Code of Conduct: Requirements for Compliance with the German Supply Chain Sourcing Obligations Act (LkSG)

What is the meaning of a Declaration of Principles and a Code of Conduct and how do these documents differ? What does the LkSG require in this regard? The training deals with these questions and also demonstrates in an application-oriented manner how a meaningful policy statement and code of conduct can be created to promote ethical behaviour in one’s own business unit and along the supply chain.
