Risk analysis is of central importance to ensure corporate due diligence with regard to social and environmental aspects and to fulfil the legal requirements of the LkSG. With the help of a transparent and comprehensible procedure, the company-specific risks are systematically identified, assessed and prioritised so that human rights violations in the supply chain can be responsibly countered and effective preventive measures can be taken.
