Grievance mechanisms are indispensable communication tools to gain knowledge of human rights and environmental violations along the deeper company-specific supply chain and own business operations and to take appropriate action to remedy, minimise and compensate. In the training, the speakers will provide answers to the following questions: What are the legal requirements of the Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (LkSG) and the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG)? And what are the possibilities for setting up effective complaint management in practice?
