Consultation hour Supply Chain Act

The Supply Chain Sourcing Obligations Act (LkSG), passed by the Federal Cabinet in June 2021, will apply to large German companies with more than 3,000 employees from 2023.

In the following year, it will also apply to smaller companies with more than 1,000 employees.

However, due to business relationships within supply chains, many SMEs are also affected and this issue is often perceived as a major additional effort.

In the online consultation in cooperation with the hessnatur Foundation, you will receive approaches and impulses on the Supply Chain Sourcing Obligations Act in practice.
