Thus the challenge of always being \u201eup to date\u201c is extremely big, seeing as the market sets demands for up to three seasons in the future. <!--more--><strong>\u201cOne waits for time to change, the other one grabs time and acts\u201d (Dante)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Changing customer needs, competences like time-to-market, digitalization as well as the growing conjunction of all channels dominate company activities.<br \/>\nIn order to remain a strong partner on your side, the DTB board, the DTB team and the KHD group started a change development \u2013 <strong>process optimization and progression<\/strong>.<br \/>\nTogether we prioritized relevant topics for the future of our industry, analyzed necessary steps and divided them into seperate project modules.<br \/>\nIn the respective working-groups topics such as data managament, communication and price- service- and product policies are being processed.<br \/>\nEight modules in total have been set up which will not only help to recognize chances and strengths but also implement those.<br \/>\nIn the sense of dialogue we would like to transparently inform you about this process from the beginning on and thus let you be a a part of it. These are the eight modules:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Module 1:<\/strong> Mission Statement &amp; USP<br \/>\n<strong>Module 2:<\/strong> Communication internal\/external, Marketing, PR<br \/>\n<strong>Module 3:<\/strong> Product offers \/ topics, Product Development, Price Policy, Service Policy<br \/>\n<strong>Module 4:<\/strong> Internal structure and Procedure Organization<br \/>\n<strong>Module 5:<\/strong> Target Group 2020<br \/>\n<strong>Module 6:<\/strong> New business models, Partners, Start-ups, etc.<br \/>\n<strong>Module 7:<\/strong> Founding the DTB Service GmbH<br \/>\n<strong>Module 8:<\/strong> Data Managament, Big Data \/ Smart Data<\/p>\n<p>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text] Our industry is as fast-paced as no other industry.
